Our Dogs
All of our dogs are AKC registered.

The Mothers are treated like real “Mommys” when getting ready to give birth. They get their own little labor and delivery room with all the comforts of home. They get watched around the clock to ensure no delivery problems and healthy puppies. The puppies are played with and socialized from the moment they come into the world.

Our Mothers think Jr and I are their midwives and are comfortable and want us right there urging them along. The sound of our voice and the petting and rubbing of ears really do sooth the Mothers during this time. We do NOT breed our females every heat cycle.

We want them to skip cycles and be completely ready to have the next litter. So, we don’t always have puppies available. This ensures the highest quality, healthiest puppies though. All parents are at our home. We encourage you to come and visit and see how our Bloodhounds live.We are very proud of them and they love company!!!

Our neighbors say they know when “Mama” is home because the dogs seem to howl “Mama, Mama”. I love that and it makes me oh so proud. We live on 112 acres and the dogs have plenty of space to run. It is important to remember that bloodhounds are bred to track. Their sense of smell is unbelievable. They need to be kept on a leash at all times when roaming free because they might pick up a scent and run off tracking before you have time to blink. We have a large area fenced in so they can be right near us unsupervised while we are in the back yard swimming. We want them to be a part of everything we do. They can be indoor or outdoor dogs. They will get used to their surroundings and adapt so well.

The pictures on this page are some of our parents.  Gracie Lynn is our red girl. She is a wonderful mother.  Her great-grandsire on sire's side is Chatry's Ambiance of Nemrod (from Tranquil Acres Bloodhounds and has lots of Brighton & Mountaineer bloodlines ). Her great-grandsires on dam's side are both Champion Coshelav's (CH Coshelav Sugarshak Houndears (sire) and CH Coshelav's Some Like it Hot (dam).  She has some outstanding puppies! Lucy is our black and tan girl.  She as well has outstanding bloodlines. She has the same Champion Coshelav's grandsires.  She is an awsome looking bloodhound and we are proud to have her in our breeding program. She did not have her first litter until she was almost 4 years old and they are some of the best puppies I have ever seen. Belle is a big red liver girl.  She is a Gracie x Rebel pup we kept out of their litter.  We can’t wait to see the puppies she produces. Cooper is our newest member.  A special thanks to Humble Hill Bloodhounds and Carrie McCall for allowing him to come be part of our family.  He is a Humble x Shug puppy, Brighton and Mountaineer bloodlines as well.  Please come visit and see how our babies live.  We don’t have a lot of litters but they are quality ones!
